The beginnings of ball production date back to 1966. Initially, balls were only produced for the company's own use and for club members. Sales began in 1968 and the company was officially founded on 1 January 1969.
On the occasion of the company's 10th anniversary in 1979, the laurel wreath with the letters B&M became the company's trademark.
